Two warm and welcoming dedicated reception lobbies inspired by the world of hospitality, where people can sit and chat, work or simply take a break.
Visitors and employees can meet up and exchange.
Directly opened on the Esplanade, the lobbies are the living foundation that activates the building’s dynamism. They connect in a seamless way to the building amenities and courtyard.
THE BUSINESS CENTER
The 200-seat auditorium is the perfect venue for internal and external events that mark milestones, gather teams and celebrate.
Adaptable, the space can allow all set-ups from conference to training sessions, workshops and cocktails.
Its modular seating and moveable partition makes it a highly flexible room.
Its 130 sqm foyer opens directly onto the landscaped patio for events and cocktails around the coffee area.

Lightwell’s main restaurant can satisfy all needs and desires. The food court concept is an exciting journey to a land of flavors.
With different counters : fish shop, butcher, trattoria, grocery store, bakery and its healthy and vegan offer, the restaurant feels like a farmer’s market.
There is a dedicated Chef to please the occupiers.
Tables are bathed in natural light, and each space opens onto the landscaped patio and the Cours Michelet. The restaurant’s location close to the auditorium fosters synergies, making it a key Lightwell venue.
